GENERAL ELECTION 2025
TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR
One seat on our five-member Township Board of Supervisors is up for election this year. That seat is held by one of our two Republican Supervisors, Tim Thomas, and Tim is running for re-election after having served our Township for almost 6 years. Democrats currently have a majority on the Board (3-2) and re-electing Tim is critical to holding the line on Democrat overreach.
SCHOOL BOARD
Upper Makefield Township has one seat on the 9 member School Board, and that seat (currently held by a Democrat) is up for election this year. The Democrats currently control the School Board. While Upper Makefield’s seat alone will not alter the Democrat majority, Republicans can only win a majority on the School Board this year if we elect a Republican to represent Upper Makefield.
Our Republican candidate is Hedy Ranieri, who will bring to the Board her 30+ years of business experience in risk management and managing budgets. Hedy is committed to reversing the downward trend that our District has seen in test scores and ranking – and she (and we) will succeed only if we can get Hedy elected in the fall.

​to get the Republican nomination.

JUDGE OF BUCKS COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS

Our County trial court is the Court of Common Pleas. It includes civil, criminal, family and orphan's courts. There are FOUR seats on the Court that are being filled this Election - that is FOUR new Judges on a 15-Judge bench. This election will have a major impact on the composition of the Bucks County Court for years to come.
